Killin Floor Blues Ft Werd (Skip James Rework)
Track number three from MOG & ZA’s recent release Bonded In Bombs (2011) begins with a sample from the original Skip James recording (Hard Time Killing Floor Blues – 1931). This track is as relevant lyrically now as it was then with little changing socially in the 80 years or so since its release. Seamlessly linking with the 2011 rework we welcome Werd (SoS) on a feature whilst Mog as always is ever present with controversial yet for most, justified lyrics. *

* There has been some controversy surrounding some lines in Mogs 16. Regardless of the stance of the MC I think it should be noted that this is designed to be a take on current society as opposed to homophobic sentiment.
